Our Mission

At Dharma Yoga & Wellness, our mission is to practice a holistic approach to well-being; encompassing mind, body & spirit. Through the addition of a physical yoga practice combined with breath work, meditation, and other modalities our students will find that they truly are wellness embodied, both inside and out.
